What readers say about the books
Catch a glimpse into the world of avid readers as they share their thoughts and feelings about the captivating stories within these pages.
- I loved the multiple story lines in this book. Along with the heavy tension and the budding romance built up throughout. It was pleasantly sexy, like a romance should be. Hot scenes leaving you wanting more but without leaving you feeling dirty. Clean language throughout (meaning not the usual sexual terms) made this book feel sweet, sexy and wholesome. Aside from the sexy stuff, it truly made me feel immersed in the Brooks family. Well written fun read.

- This is the first time I'm reading anything by this author, and I will definitely be on the look out for other books by her.I loved this story, I could not put this book down! It was so hot... the cover of the book rang true with the story inside too! The author reminded me a little like Brenda Jackson. Ladies, if you like to escape every now and then, read this story! Highly recommend.
So Romantic
- This story was interesting and intriguing, with a cultural twist. New Orleans, gumbo, crawfish, the gullah dialect incorporated into this story made travel to Bayou country.. This was about True Love. The kind of love you have to work at, make sacrifices for, have great communication and the ability to compromise are all lessons in this story. Although there weren't many missed words(mostly articles like a or the), it was annoying. Editor's need to do a better job critiquing these stories and correcting errors. The appearance of the grandfather made a nice twist to this.story.
